Altman, Rogers & Co. is an Alaska-based CPA firm specializing in nonprofit corporations, Native corporations, and governmental auditing and accounting services throughout the State of Alaska. The firm consists of two pricipals and thirty professional and administrative staff. Both audit pricipals have extensive experience working with state and federally funded agencies, native corporations, and private businesses in Alaska.

In addition to organization-wide audits, we have also performed services for program audits, agreed upon procedures, specialized services and grant close-out audits,. We have provided our clients with accounting, auditing, tax preparation and management advisory services. We have been actively involved in the analysis of state funding proposals, preparation of inventories related to property, plant and equipment for various clients, budget preparation and analysis and special investigation engagements. We are familiar with compliance requirements and reporting guidelines.

Due to our direct involvement over the past several years with State and Federal agencies, we have kept up to date with compliance issues. As part of our commitment to quality, we remain abreast of the latest developments concerning governmental accounting, including the implementation of GASB standards.

With pricipals and managers assigned to each engagement, clients receive management level attention to their problems and needs. Staff assignments are arranged to provide continuity of service by key personnel. We strive to constantly improve our knowledge and understanding of the client's business and increase our staff's ability to provide informed and timely service.
